Responsible Defence Supply Policy

 Supplying automotive parts or technical services to the Lebanese  Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces, police, emergency services or other public authorities carries heightened responsibilities. We require lawful procurement, accurate records and proportionate checks on the contracting authority, customer, destination, end user and intended end use.

· Comply with applicable sanctions, arms embargoes, trade restrictions, export controls and military or dual-use end-use controls.

· Obtain licences, authorisations and end-user documentation where required before shipment, transfer, brokering, technical assistance or payment.

· Reject false end-user statements, unusual diversion requests, concealed beneficial ownership, unexplained third-party payments or routing designed to avoid controls.

· Do not supply products where we know or reasonably suspect they will be used unlawfully, diverted to a prohibited party or destination, or connected to serious human-rights abuse.

 Defence and emergency fleets depend on reliable products and accurate information. Parts must be authentic, traceable, appropriately specified and clearly described. Substitutions, remanufactured status, warranty limitations and technical deviations must be disclosed and approved before supply.

 Commercial supply does not imply endorsement of a government, military operation or political position. SANNAN INTERNATIONAL  does not claim to be an approved Lebanon defence supplier or the holder of any framework, clearance or award unless that status is current and verifiable. Military emblems, official insignia, photographs, customer names and Covenant branding may be used only with appropriate written authority.  

 Employees, suppliers and customers should report suspected counterfeit goods or misuse of official identity through management or the website contact form. Transactions may be paused while concerns are assessed.
