OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Our responsibilities extend beyond delivering the correct part at the agreed time. Automotive components can affect road safety, fleet availability, public funds and the reputation of everyone in the supply chain. We therefore expect commercial performance and responsible conduct to operate together.

Customers and road users

· Supply products that are accurately described, traceable and suitable for their stated purpose, based on the information available to us.

· Provide clear information on product type, condition, warranty, installation requirements and known limitations.

· Investigate credible safety, authenticity or quality concerns promptly and cooperate with manufacturers, customers and relevant authorities on corrective action or recalls.

Suppliers and business partners

 · Select suppliers using proportionate due diligence, including checks on identity, reputation, product provenance and compliance risk.

· Expect suppliers to comply with applicable laws and our standards on anti-bribery, counterfeit prevention, human rights, modern slavery, sanctions, export controls and product safety.

· Maintain records appropriate to the risk and value of the transaction, including invoices, product references, serial or batch information where available, shipping records and end-user information where required.

Our people

· Provide a working environment based on dignity, respect, equality, safety and fair treatment.

· Encourage employees and representatives to raise genuine concerns without retaliation.

· Provide proportionate training on compliance risks relevant to each role.

The environment

· Support responsible remanufacturing, re-use and core-return practices where these are safe, lawful and technically appropriate.

· Seek to reduce unnecessary packaging, waste and avoidable transport impacts, while protecting products in transit.

. Use licensed waste and recycling routes where required and avoid improper disposal of oils, batteries, electronics and other controlled materials.

Lebanon public-sector and Defence customers

· Protect the integrity of Lebanese public procurement and public funds through transparent pricing, accurate supplier information, genuine competition, documented approvals and truthful tender declarations.

· Apply heightened checks to transactions involving government, military or other sensitive end users, including sanctions, import / export-control and end-use requirements.

Accountability

Management is responsible for approving these commitments, allocating responsibility for implementation and reviewing performance. Employees, agents, contractors and suppliers are expected to cooperate with reasonable compliance checks and to report suspected breaches through the website contact form or directly to management.
